A rather enrapturing guitar swirl signals another Sunday-morning-coming-down slice of paranoia. Hallways is a song that refuses to take the obvious path, but which also manages to be readily accessible. It holds its breath for three minutres, refusing to open its eyes or breathe again until the pain has gone away. And it's sure to be the melodious soundtrack to many an angst-filled moment. The b-side, a Geoff Barrow of Portishead remix of Easy, will snap you of clouds and have you pondering the likelihood of a Something For Kate & Public Enemy collaboration. Now that would be interesting. Bring tha noize!
