Silliest thing you've done: Attempted to ride a skateboard. 
Bravest thing you've done: Conquered my fear of the open sea by sailing out on it and jumping overboard. 
Is image all about hair: Hair is all about image. 
Favourite indulgence: Guinness. 
Worst habit: Repeating the same thing in a variety of different ways. 
Three things you would take to a desert island: My partner, my guitar and a library. 
Favourite kitchen appliance: Bottle opener. 
Who do you most admire: My mother and Umberto Eco.

Paul Dempsey (pictured at right above with drummer Clint Hyndman and bassist Stephanie Ashworth) is the songwriter, guitarist and vocalist for popular Australian group Something For Kate. The group will release its new single Say Something on Monday. The group saw three of its tracks from the album Echolalia make it into the Triple J Hottest 100 countdown with Twenty Years making it to 37, Three Dimensions to 13 and Monsters coming in at No.2.
